Installation is estimated between 90-180 minutes. A "do-it-yourself" installation is estimated between 120-240 minutes. Installation time can vary depending on SYNC and compass modification. Professional installation is recommended.
Q: My factory mirror wiring colors do not match your diagram, how do I correctly wire the kit?
A: Some vehicles if built at different plants may have different wiring colors but the Pin locations on the mirror will Always stay the same.
Q: I installed the complete kit per your instructions and the out side dimming mirror does not work, what can be causing this?
A: The unit may not be getting correct signal from the new mirror, check that at the mirror connector you do NOT have a lead in Pin 14, if you do extract the pin from the connector and relocate to Pin 5.

Price Value Quality I really liked how easy it was to install. When i ran into an issue with wiring not matching the paper work i called for help. I spoke to Jeff on saturday who said he would have Marcos call me back which he did. I spoke to Marcos about 5 minutes and had the issue resolved. The system took only about 2 1/2 hours to install which was nice.
I have only one question is there a way to turn on the camera when towing to check the trailer hitch and chains.

Price Value Quality I just installed this in my 2011 F150. Install was straight forward and instructions were great. The hardest part was removing the factory mirror from the windshield. The camera and video is top notch. The screen is bright and at night the camera is outstanding. It is much better than my previous Toyota factory camera at night which wasn't that bad so I was pleasantly surprised.
Over all this is a great setup. A little high on the price but worth the expense if you want an easy, professional, OEM like install. (Posted on 8/4/11)
