Q: Will installing this void my warranty?
A: No. It’s a complete factory upgrade kit.
Q: If I have the navigation radio, can I still order the mirror/monitor version?
A: Yes
Q: If I have the navigation radio, can I get the rear view image to show in both the mirror and the navigation radio?
A: No. This would require custom cutting/wiring/splicing and the signal strength would be too weak and would cause the image to be distorted.
Q: Can I adjust the viewing angle?
A: No, The image is fixed for standard viewing.
Q: My factory mirror has Seat Belt Warning, will the mirror work with my car?
A: No, the occupant indicator system will not function properly.
Q: Can I adjust the image (Brightness, Contrast, Color)?
A: No, it is preset to optimum performance.
Q: After I installed the mirror, the vehicle will not start, codes flash on the dash warning indicator, what is the issue?
A: Your vehicle has a LAN communication circuit in pin location #3, remove this lead and isolate. Retest, the vehicle should start and all codes will have been removed automatically.
Q: I Just installed your mirror and now I have a RED mirror light, what is wrong?
A: Check your microphone connection, if the microphone is disconnected then the mirror light will turn on RED stating that there is no connection.
