Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy
You may return any items sold and fulfilled by Brandmotion within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items must be returned in their original product packaging. A 25% restocking fee may apply based on re-sellable condition and missing/damaged components. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you wish to return an item, please send an email with your request information to rma@brandmotion.com. Please include reason for return, item number(s), & invoice reference. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Only the item cost and applicable sales tax (Michgan only) will be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be sent to us prepaid, and we recommend adding a tracking number to your return shipment. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that we do not receive. Exchanges accompanied by a case number are reshipped free via ground shipping within the USA. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used.

Exchanges
If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please send all exchange requests to exchanges@brandmotion.com and we'll gladly help you. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

No Fault Found Fee
Items that are exchanged due to product failure (without a case number) may be assessed a no fault found fee of $50 per item if the items are determined to be in good working order.
