Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
You may return any items sold and fulfilled by Brandmotion within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on re-sellable condition and missing/damaged components. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you wish to return an item, please send an email with your request information to rma@brandmotion.com. Please include the name that was used when purchasing the product, part number, and the reason for your return. If you are within the return period, authorization and a complimentary return shipment label (international shipments excluded) will be emailed to you within two business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at (734) 619-1250 and we'll gladly help you. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
