Return Policy

Effective March 1st, 2018

Because we are so confident you will enjoy and benefit from our line of quality safety products, Brandmotion offers a 12-month hassle-free return policy. You may return items that are complete and like new for any reason within 1 year from date of invoice. This policy does not apply to special order items, and only applies to active part numbers.*

All returns must be called or emailed in for return authorization. Items not authorized for return will be refused and credit will not be issued. Please email or call 734-619-1250 x709 for return or exchange authorization.

All returns due to Brandmotion error or received damaged must be reported to Brandmotion within 5 business days from date of delivery. (i.e. Short shipments, mis-shipments, damaged in transit). Brandmotion must receive all returns within 10 business days of RMA creation.

Items returned after 12 months, but not more than 18 months, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns after 18 months will not be accepted.

*Non-active part numbers are defined as part numbers that have been obsolete or superseded for 3 months or longer from date of return. Brandmotion notifies customers of discontinued and new products on monthly price guides. New price guides are issued on the 1st of each month.
