Growth Marketing Manager

Brandmotion is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our demand generation engine. This role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer who thrives on measurable impact, generating qualified leads, accelerating pipeline growth, and directly influencing revenue.

You will own digital demand generation across B2B commercial, distributor, and eCommerce channels, leveraging marketing automation, paid media, SEO, content, and analytics to drive results. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Sales, Product, and Inside Sales teams to convert market interest into revenue.

Responsibilities

Marketing Automation & HubSpot Management

  • Build, optimize, and scale HubSpot infrastructure, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management
  • Develop multi-touch nurture campaigns to move prospects from awareness to purchase
  • Configure lead routing and CRM integration to ensure timely follow-up by Sales
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking
  • Build landing pages, forms, and CTAs within HubSpot CMS to capture and qualify leads

Demand Generation & Paid Advertising

  • Plan and execute targeted demand-generation campaigns across key customer segments (fleet operators, upfitters, distributors, and eCommerce buyers)
  • Manage paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, optimizing for cost-per-lead and pipeline contribution
  • Develop conversion-focused offers such as guides, ROI calculators, and gated content
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and nurture prospects
  • Continuously test messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve performance

Website Optimization & SEO

  • Optimize brandmotion.com for conversion across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance tracking
  • Implement structured data and best practices for AI-driven search (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity)
  • Develop high-converting landing pages aligned with campaign goals
  • Partner with internal teams on UX and website improvements

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns supporting new product launches
  • Manage trade show marketing campaigns (pre-event promotion, on-site capture, post-event follow-up)
  • Publish blogs, product pages, and marketing content aligned with sales priorities
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Own marketing analytics using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot reporting tools
  • Track campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline
  • Analyze attribution data across complex B2B buying journeys
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise (automation, CRM integration, reporting, landing pages)
  • Proven success managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and digital funnel strategy
  • Experience supporting longer B2B sales cycles and multi-touch attribution models
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools; project management software experience a plus
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
