Sales & Marketing Leader

Overview:
We are seeking a transformational Sales & Marketing Leader to take our business to the next level. Our company develops and manufactures innovative products for the automotive industry. With the right products already in place, we believe now is the time to double our revenue—but doing so requires a bold, strategic leader who can lead a high-performance sales team, re-energize our sales culture, and drive aggressive growth through disciplined execution and inspirational leadership.
Additionally, the sales leader will oversee a robust marketing engine that fuels the sales team with opportunities that allow our organization to scale. Successful candidates should be able to execute effective inbound and outbound campaigns and be comfortable building within a CRM like HubSpot.

In addition to leading the team, you will directly manage a select group of strategic accounts and contribute to key sales efforts, especially where your leadership and expertise can open doors, deepen relationships, or close major deals.Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive company revenue from $6M to $12M+ within a three-year window.
- Grow the Team: Assess, upgrade, and build a high-performing sales team. Recruit top talent with the right hunger, coachability, and cultural fit.
- Sales Culture Leadership: Establish a results-driven, accountable, and collaborative sales culture rooted in our core values.
- Strategic Account Management: Personally lead and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the face of the company with high-value customers and prospects.
- Hands-On Selling: Participate directly in complex sales pursuits and early-stage business development where your involvement can move the needle.
- Marketing Alignment: Lead and oversee marketing inbound and outbound marketing efforts to ensure brand alignment, customer engagement, and effective lead generation.
- Performance Management: Implement systems and processes for forecasting, tracking, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Deepen our relationships with existing customers and develop scalable strategies to acquire new ones.
- Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align growth initiatives with company strategy and product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in automotive fleet aftermarket products, manufacturing, or B2B product sectors
- Experience designing, launching, and managing sophisticated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams that drive double-digit growth
- Strong personal selling skills and ability to close strategic accounts
- Experience designing and implementing sales compensation, KPIs, and CRM systems
- Strong marketing acumen—able to align brand strategy with business objectives
- Outstanding coaching, communication, and change management skills
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven, yet people-oriented
