Shipping Policy

Shipping Cut-Off
As long as you place your order with us by 4 pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday, we will under most conditions ship your order that very same day. Some exceptions apply. Orders placed before 4 pm ET may not ship that day for reasons including but not limited to: credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, inventory availability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and chosen shipping speed at checkout. We ship all shipments via FedEx and utilize the folowing delivery services: Ground & Home, Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight. 

International Shipping
We currently do NOT ship directly to addresses outside of the United States. If you wish to have an item delivered outside of the United States, please visit (or any preferred import/export company), create an account and order using the United States address they give you. Bongo will handle all the international shipping charges with you directly.

Shipping Claims
All shipments are made FOB Southfield, MI.  Brandmotion is not responsible for damage caused in transit.  It is the responsibility of the recipient to file claims with the freight company directly.  If errors or shortage are detected, Brandmotion must be notified with three (3) days from date of receipt.

We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipper about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the shipper, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.
