It is Brandmotion’s standard that we will ship within 48 hours of the time your order is placed, Monday – Friday. Some exceptions may apply for reasons including but not limited to: inventory availability, credit card processing errors, shipping, and billing address verification. Next Day Shipping is to be verified by a Brandmotion Representative and placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday – Friday to guarantee same-day shipping.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and chosen shipping speed at checkout. We ship all shipments via UPS and utilize the following delivery services: Ground & Home, Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight, and Priority Overnight.
We currently do NOT ship directly to addresses outside of the United States. If you wish to have an item delivered outside of the United States, please visit bongous.com (or any preferred import/export company), create an account, and order using the United States address they give you. Bongo will handle all the international shipping charges with you directly.
All shipments are made from Novi, MI. Brandmotion is not responsible for damage caused in transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to file claims with the freight company directly. If errors or shortages are detected, Brandmotion must be notified within three (3) days from the date of receipt.
We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial of signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipper about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the shipper, your local authorities, and your insurance company regarding any matters of theft.
