Brandmotion established as a spin-off of JCI Automotive
Our first company project was for Thales Corp, owners of Magellan. We designed an integration solution that seamlessly installed a Magellan portable navigation system into the dash of the Ford F-150. Not only did it deliver factory quality and aesthetics, we were able to optimize the installation for a 5 minutes or less process. It was endorsed by Ford and sold at Ford dealers.
Our team designed a system capturing the power of customer personalization as a unique selling feature. This system was used by Chevrolet, Ford and Chrysler to differentiate their vehicles.
Innovative vehicle personalization solution designed and developed by Brandmotion for Jeep for the launch of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Each vehicle built received the Universal Module Receiver (UMR). Brandmotion also designed a portfolio of Jeep lifestyle snap-on accessories including a sports locker and collapsible cooler.
Brandmotion’s unique approach to developing consumer lifestyle solutions leveraged the attraction of the RAMBOX Pioneered by RAM to various lifestyle groups, including skilled trades, campers, and outdoor sports.
Brandmotion crafted a seamless solution to preserve the iconic aesthetics of the Jeep Wrangler while improving backup visibility. This backup camera quickly became the standard in Jeep backup cameras and established Brandmoiton’s position as the leader in Jeep and offroad camera offerings through Brandmotion’s SummitView product line.
Partnered with the USDOT, the Tampa Connected Vehicle Pilot project enhanced traffic safety for vehicles and pedestrians. Since 2016, we have worked with private and public partners to deploy V2X technologies in thousands of vehicles nationwide.
When Magna needed a high quality integration of sensors for their fleet of Autonomous Grand Cherokees, they came to us. We seamlessly integrated multiple lidar, radar, and 360 camera systems with complete OEM quality for a successful run of OEM showings.
Our nationwide InstallPRO Network was selected as a services partner for Stoneridge to integrate, deploy, and retrofit the Stoneridge MirrorEye Camera Monitor System on Class 8 trucks around the country to improve driver’s field of view, enhancing safety for all on the road.
Brandmotion worked closely with Morgan Truck Body engineering and marketing teams to develop custom situational awareness packages that integrated seamlessly into their truck bodies.

“I just finished installing the Brandmotion FullVUE Mirror FVMR-1120. The main reason I installed it was to help the rear visibility when the top is down. It was a pretty straight forward install. The only part I was dreading was removing the a-pillar trim, but it was no trouble. It is a pretty slick system, you get a front camera built in to the mirror and an additional rear camera that mounts on the spare tire carrier. It has a built in DVR with parking function and the rear camera angle is adjustable on the screen".

“I have had this (FVMR-1100) replacement in use for about a year. I love it. I have a bed rack in my track that blocks my line of sight and this literally gives you all that usage back and then some. My wife demanded that I get this after trying to drive with the obscured rear view mirror. Easy sell! I installed it myself and it took a little time to run everything all the way to the back of the bed of the truck but it is worth it. I mounted the rear camera on my bed rack with an unobstructed view. In addition, having both a front and rear dash cam in today's driving environment is a big relief with scammers everywhere”.
